Located in the heart of Encino, this 2-story custom home features a modern flat-roof design, spacious layout, and luxurious exterior and interior finishes. Two prominent balconies—one over the garage and another overlooking the backyard—add expansive outdoor living spaces to both levels.
Our scope of work included full site preparation, vertical construction, and detailed interior finishing, as well as landscape architecture for the backyard. A custom-designed pool was added to complete the oasis-like atmosphere of this striking home.
Navigating strict zoning requirements and optimizing the lot layout for views, sun exposure, and privacy posed initial challenges. Our team worked closely with structural engineers, city planners, and landscape architects to meet all regulations while achieving the client’s ambitious vision for a luxury residence.
